Remember that for your bracket you will go up 27", but also rember that you measure from bottom of boat to were it sits on the transom, so don't forget to measure on the 2 or 3 inch lip of the bracket!!

If the bracket is the same angle as the transom, then the lift to set back ratio is built into it. So where it mounts to the transom should be 25" to the top of the bracket, and then your engine height per set back is already there. If your bracket is of a different angle, then it gets tricky.

I just put mine at the 25" I added nothing to the height as said before and it was just fine!!
