summer time drink of choice (after boating) is the classic Sundowner.
Made with either old original gin Plymouth, which is still made in the same wooden vats used for hundreds of years in the same town and same family. A close second and almost indistinguishable is the original Bombay Gin. The classic sundowner is made with a couple of rocks and a squezze of lime and either of the above. The classic drink made on safari in africa to this day. I being a little more civilized prefer a splash of tonic. If I am somewhere where it available a good mojito will always be my first choice.
