Sean even with the 18 CC Steiger I would go at least a 115 in which ever engine you choose. Difference in fuel economy will be negligable but the available power will be much better loaded up for all day fishing with two or three people. Both are great engines so you won't go wrong. I would lean towards the ETEc especially in the smaller engines because of the torque made by the two stroke.
