I'm seeing this too late but fried is great. One of my favorites I learned from a charter Captain I know out of Venice, LA. Cook bigger pieces than you fried, in a pan with butter, or olive oil, a little lemon, & Montreal Steak seasoning! It sounds a bit odd but man it tastes fine!

Someone else suggested the same with Lemon pepper. I still have some in the freezer and will try that next time!
