Hey SSCRUGGS, I don't know much about the CC's (center consoles) as I have a CC (cuddy cabin) but the problem has to be that you are pumping in more than can run out.
I had a different boat one time that had a livewell on it. It had a spray bar for the water inlet. There was a valve on both ends of the spray bar so you could adjust the amount of water comming in and whether it just went straight through the spray bar out the end (for filling the well) or sprayed a lower volume. That may help. Also I would check to see why its not flowing out as well as it should.
