POST PICTURES *;D It may be possible the cap was removed during the refit and not well glued or screwed when reinstalled. The one I'm trying to get useable on the first run did 42 at 5000rpm. Try to explain a little better about the transom - motor situation and where the movement is. Don't believe should be any.there Do you have a bracket and a jack plate? Is the outboard a regular outboard, seadrive or what? Oh, POST PICTURES ! ;D
