Mine got wet due to somebody replacing the drain plug assembly and not properly resealing it. So the inner core got wet all around the drain plug and wicked up. SO the first time I put it under a load, the inner wood delaminated from the glass and now it bounces like a kid on a trampoline. But bear in mind, my transom was pretty wet.
