Yes that one was here before, but a different ad, hes had it for a while now.
He should have guessed that he priced high by now if it hasn't sold.

Yeah, I recall the business about owner says fix all and sell ...it's a nice one, but glad he opened w/ lots of wiggle room ;) ...he's gonna need it ;) ...
