			I have never seen crabs steamed that way before. But it makes sence the spice would be on the meat and not just on the shell. Also never heard of boiling crabs till one day i went and caught some and my ex-mother-in-law said she would cook them. i gave them to her and walked away. Came back and she had them cooking in a pot full of water. I looked at her and asked " What the hell you doing to my crabs?" she said that's the way she has always cooked them.
