That's a good solid V-20 weekend! ;) How many gallons per hour did it work out to? (GPH) That's how I measure fuel consumption. |

Phat...if ya can have that much fun for $100 these days, I say GO FOT IT!!...and outta that, how many others enjoyed the boat?...you'd have never gotten away from some theme park for that ;) ... when my oldest told me ridin' the tube behind the boat was more fun than Top-Gun @ Carowinds, I knew I'd stumbled onto somethin' good ;) ...

pipe, i didn't look at the hourmeter before i started, but i made 5 trips to the island at 20 miles round trip. i've always heard to approximate the fuel per hour burn , it is 10% of horsepower, so a 150 uses 15 gph. this is general rule and i am sure ther are many exceptions. i am sure it is money well spent. three of us went to see pirates III and it was $35 for 2 hrs & 45 minutes.. |

I pumped 31 gallons and quit when I hit $100. That was at $3.149 a gallon. I've never pumped that much gas into anything except diesel into an 18 wheeler. Heck, I only put $20 a week in the truck, luckily work is only 4 miles away ;D
