Default trailer rollers

Does anyone have an inexpensvive home made way to create and attach the upright pvc boat guides? I hate to spend $70.00 for Overtons angle iron and u-bolts. Thanks

In all honesty you'll spend the same or more trying to make stuff. The cheapest way is to have on hand 1'' galvanized pipe, a 1 1/4'' bender, 1 1/4 pvc for rollers, and then the u-bolts, etc, etc. If you have to buy this crap it'll cost you 12$ for the pipe, 35$ for the bender, 10$ for the pvc and then the bolt stuff and aggrivation.Sorry I know this ain't what you want to hear.
But look around at different approaches to what you want. The average price for about the same is 50-80$.

I agree with T, unless you have most of the stuff laying around or know msomeone that does, its not going to be worth your while.

Keep looking on ebay and do a search you might find some cheaper?? Just watch shipping charges before you jump on something.

Buy Guide On's 48" kit ( $50.53) then put longer PVC over it. The metal pipe extends 20" up into both the 48" and 60"
