MJ - Is it a 23ft or a 20ft? I'm knee deep in a seacraft project and I wish I had kept my V20.
If it's a 20ft . . . . check the transom, floor and deck. Don't put a dime into the boat unless all these areas are rock solid. Also you'll want to make sure the transom has been raised 5" (so it can take your 25" yamaha). If the fuel tank hasn't been replace recently . . . that'll cost you another couple hundred. If it's a 23 and solid . . . buy it. Those are the best riding boats on the water.
