Time to live up to my name...

Well, I'll be checkin out for a few weeks. Headed on a paid vacation to Florida to try and help out the brothers down there. Last I heard it was worse conditions than 1998 when the fire jumped I-95 and stopped when it met the Atlantic. Hope to help the locals with a little engine Strike Team support courtesy of Virginia Department of Forestry. I'll make ya'll proud. Post alot of pictures of cool projects and splashdowns so I'll have lots to drool over when I return!!!

Thanks Air. You know, I'm probably going to take a fews days off when I return and end up in Parksley (I think that's it) where our Eastern Shore office is. Do a little crabbin and feeshin with the skiff. I'll definitely look you up!

Seacrets: we are sending our first most experienced personnel via Strike Team of 5 engines, 3 of which are new units and the other 2 are 1 year old. We are assembling additional teams with more engines including our Humvees and probably dozers as well. Other resources have been there for a week from us. We will do everything we possibly can to help ya'll cause if Virginia needed it, we would get the same.

My orders have no termination date and I was told I'll be there "until it rains!"

Hang in there, Virginia will be enroute at 0800!!! :)
