I AM THINKING ABOUT BUYING....
My neighbors house.
They are moving and have offered the house to my family for a super low price. It is around 4000 sq ft and has a 1000 sq ft shop behind it. and is on a nice fairly flat acre of land. Now the down side, the original part of the house was built in 1879 and the rest before 1920. It needs a lot of structural work. Lumberslinger, wanna come south for a spell? I would be poor from now on and would have to work on the house constantly. Plus I would have to get my house ready to sell (yuck) and sell it.
