Block Island again 9-10-11

At 5 am my wife and I were passing thru the West wall just outside of Point Judith RI. The water was as calm as I've seen so the 18 mile cruise to the SW ledge of Block Island felt like a boat ride on the local lake. Once there and after checking a few favorite spots, I marked fish just before the awesome sunrise:



After a few pics of the sunrise, one eel was sent out on a mission: to find strippers like this:

The first hour after sun up produced several big bass tipping 40 bls, kept four;

We also kept a hand full of seabass and one nice 12 inch scup.



Another great day on the outdoors fishing with one of my genuine friends, my dear wife.
