Last survey I had done was about 16 years ago and was $10 a ft / have no idea what the current rates are, sorry...

Thanks everyone, I contacted Dunk - awesome guy!! I will use him for sure when/if I get to that point. I reely, really appreciate the help by all the fine folks on this board! :D
