What you guys have suggested was exactly what I had in mind. With the right (big) holesaw in a drill press I could make it look right nice. I took a dinner break, back at work now, and while on said dinner break...I got busy. I removed the cleat, nav light, and chain pipe.

I also took some pics sweety, er, Hammer ;D

Here I have removed the deck pipe and the pipe that goes into the anchor locker. The previous owner did a noce job on the install.

Things are moving right along. Once I figure out how to do this chain pipe, it'll be full steam ahead. Everybody still agree with MJ's drawing?
