I'm going to be installing my swim platform soon. Looking at the gallery you two have them installed at slightly different heights. Do either of you have and problems with the platforms (dragging in the water...)

Yes, I believe mine does drag some. Previous owner installed it for me, so I didn't have a choice in the matter but I have no complaints. Actually I only say that it drags because it kind of looks like it is throwing some water up around the outboard, but I've never paid much attention to it. I'm usually looking dead ahead with mission on my mind. ;)

Thanks. Mine only has a single drop-down step. Don't want to make it any harder than it has to be to climb back in with diving gear on.

I have noticed that everyone puts the swim platform on the left side,
I wonder if I where to put one on the right side, if it would act like a trim tab. Being that I am a little overweight ofr my height, my V always is deeper in the water on the starboard side.

Mine only drags the water when Im standing on the transom peeing. :D
