Nice work SPARE. I wouldn't think the hull would be flexing right there with the angles of the material and all. But I am like the others, just guessing.
My '84 has a rigging tube already under the gunnel. As for the track, when you see all the boats on this site with the nice tops and enclosures, that is where they attach.
