This from Shady Willy, not related to Slick Willie. Though we do have a similar interest 8)
We got about six inches of sleet, all day and night. Packed itself to about 4-5 and is so solid that this morning I drove my Superduty on it and it did not budge. I don't know for sure how to get it off my drive except what I did on a small area this am. use a small spade get under it and scrape and lift then haul chunks of ice.
