aluminum is nice but steel is better. Aluminum will crack and steel won't i've had a few crack. Go with steel.

My Venture is steel, tandom axle, brakes, w/ rollers (the yellow ones that don't leave marks on the hull and I paid 2400 for it (new) in May '05. I thought I got a pretty good deal. Too bad it's been sitting ever since :'(

Here's a trailer i bought for $400 and it has new brakes and tires. But i hate roller trailers. But for that price i won't turn them down. There is another one like it i found in Wil. NC for $300 but the guy is looking for the title still.

Thats in excellent shape and i've been looking never seen a deal like that. I am not a fan either of roller but like you said for that price Id deal with it. Book value on my single axle is $500 and its an 87.

I just went into a boat sales place asked what they had in used trailers the guy said follow me so he showed me several trailers this was the largest so i asked what ya want he said $500, but you know you never take first price so i said how about $400 he said sure let me get you the title and your info. got the title ended up being newer than i thought it was a 1996.
