First Line up the trailer by hand then wet the runners be bunks or rollers helps load easier.
![]() ![]() ![]() Take a floor jack and center it mid ways back to five ft from the bow, then jack the boat off the blocks in the front ![]() then start to wench the trailer under the boat. ![]() Notice the back is still supported by jack stands in the case of my boat usually blocks. ![]() Once the boat trailer is to the floor jack let the jack down which will lift the front of the trailer. ![]() But before letting the jack all the way down set the front blocks between the rear blocks and the trailer ![]() Start to wench the boat on the trailer it will have the trailer still lifted up in the front. * ![]() Keep wenching the boat on to the trailer the trailer will finally come down to the ground slowly then remove all the blocks from the boat. It will wench the rest of the way on easily now. then tow it home lol. ![]() Notice i changed the trailers wench post and bow stop. That was so the boat would move 3 inches forward and would work better on heigth for the front of the boat. ![]() ![]()

Thanks so much Lord Skools, you make it look very simple, but I guess this is why they call you Lord.

doesn't matter i did my 21 with an outboard on it complete. The front blocks i put there so it wouldn't stress the hull on the end of the trailer. Plus i didn't want it to pick the front of the trailer up like 4 ft off the ground.
Here's the 21 when bought. It is a foam filled boat too. It's a heavy boat. That Sea Ox was on the ground too when i got it. It was complete and laying on the ground totally. ![]() ![]() Sea Ox when found ![]() ![]()

Thanks Skools Out.
One day I will achieve your level of knowledge. Or at least I'll be able to put a boat on a trailer thats sitting on the ground. Hey, Is that a good commercial license on that Ox?
