40 footer?? I use the 25 X 10 Green, they are stronger then the blue!
Is this a off season cover?? Do you get snow there?? I built a frame out of wood before now its out of PVC and cover for the winter works great and if you tie the cover down tight you will get 3 to 5 winters out of one cover. In season covers cost$$$ But I have a friend that bought a Taylor cover for ok money and it has lasted pretty good for him. Do a search for Taylor Boat covers it will come right up.
