yea it is.. very nice.. only thing is i'm mostly a bottom fisher....so i got to have some chairs to plant my azz on while i'm waiting on a bite lol...that leaning post just wouldnt do it after a couple hours of standin.....but if i had the cash i'd buy it in a heartbeat.
