I agree comp tests are not conclusive, but as good an indicator as there is w/ out tearin' the motor down...if the comp #s are good, start it up...if that goes well, put it on the boat and run it...heck...it was FREEEEE...ya CAN'T lose much...


...and Kajun...if it were mine, I'd TRASH the VRO and run the mixed gas ya got and keep-on mixin'!! ;) ...that of course is assumin' ya got the right mix in the tank ;) :) ...

Carbs could probably use a good cleanin', too...and maybe some lube on the starter solenoid... ;) ...

Keep the pics comin'...great project...can't believe FREEEEE ::) ;D ;D ;D ...
