Move batteries

I keep it in water May thru Dec. I'm getting transom and stringers repaired this winter. Want to fix eeverything at one time. I don't use the floor wells for anything right now anyway. *I want to put bracket on back also. Should it be a bolt on or have one built in with new transom like the V-21's. I have a73
