Try clearing all your form data:
Open a browser and go to Tools > Internet Options > Content > Autocomplete and find a "Clear Forms" button. Hit that to remove any data that stays cached and tries to help you by filling itself in.

If that doesn't work, clear all your cookies by opening a browser and going to Tools > Internet Options and under the General tab, there should be somewhere to delete all your cookies.

That doesn't work, lemme' know.
