I've heard great things about these. The best feature is, they are a bayonnet style. When you need to clean them, and you will, loosen a screw, twist a 1/4 turn, quick and easy. Other types (like Rabud's) you need to remove the whole assembly. That[s not good because don't want to upset the seal where they are mounted to the transom. Anywhere you have something screwed to your transom it's possible to get moisture/water in there and eventually cause rot. Make sure you seal the mounting screws properly.
