VRO Pump Problem?

I will check it when I get home. The in line fuel filter and fuel water seperator are brand new. The man I got the boat from let it sit up for quite a while with Stabil in it and the gas was almost bad when I got it. I ran the old gas out but the carbs were still not running 100% more like 85%. Do you think I will have to get the carbs cleaned from the oil backing up in them? Everyone has told me I need to disconect the oil injection I guess I should listen.
