I still have to buy R-12 nd R-22 for some customers that refuse to upgrade their systems.... And don't get me started on Halon. LOL. Never drank Zima so can't comment on it.

I gotta agree with Skunk though... 4 strokes are the way to go.

Pros... Better fuel economy, less pollution, cleaner water, quieter.

Cons.. Heavy, costly to maintain.

I want one, but for now will have to stick to my 200hp 2 stroke Merc. Great engine.

I do miss my 2 stroke acceleration, but that’s about it. I like that i have a range of 175-200 miles vs 90-100 on 60 gallons of gas. As fas as cost of maintenance, that depends on the four stroke you get. Mine is an inline four cylinder, NA,very simple. Think dodge slant 6 or ford 190 6 cyl tractor motor.

The lower unit is the same as 2S, oil and water pump once a year. Oil about the same, 4-5 qts every 100 hours. Fuel injection vs 3 carbs, bout the same. Alternator vs stator, I actually like the high amp alt vs the stator

Now 4S s with superchargers, turbos, V blocks with twin cams, etc. that’s another story

The extra weight is a drawback

Step, I have a genuine Panasonic 8 track player that I will send you...no cost. I hope you like my 1970's Rock tapes. I do like my Merc 200 2 stroke, and there is something special about 2 stroke exhaust (unless you are downwind trolling), but my life is complicated. My biggest challenge is changing my family's priorities. Fishing always seems to take a back seat to camping, boating (not V20 boating), sports, etc...

Duke a working 8 track ? I would love it. I remember listening to James brown the payback going to get my girlfriend ( now my wife) cruising with my 68 lemans and not a care in the word. I still like and love my vynle records, cassette tapes. Do you know that if you buy a new car they don't have CD players , they say you have your smart phone,( I don't )I still have and live my flip phone.
I wish they would get rid of all the computer garbage. Go back to the 70s. But that's just me
Kids playing and people talking to each other. The best times. All I want is one iPad with wellcraft v20 site and that's it . Sorry to bore you guys
Duke to send the 8 track would be very expensive plus the way the post office is or ups it would probably get damaged but if I'm in your area I will reach out to you and thank you very much for your offer.

$49.00 a gallon, that's &@$:ing crazy. I pay $19.00 and change for ywc3 oil at Walmart . I used to pay $12.26 a gallon for supertech now it's $18.00 and change. Everything is going up but my pay.
And to think all we want to do is to go fishing,
