Welcome Greg! Love the old 70's Vs. You can add a little bleach to your soapy water and it will clean that boat right up. When I first got my V, I washed it good and buffed it with 3M fiberglass restorer and wax and it came out slick and shiny as new.

You probably know this already, but unless my eyes deceive me that's a 20" transom. Size your engine accordingly.

Yes we raised it,,, It's actually 25" from top to keel
going to put a 175hp 25" evinrude on
