I just bought a SternPad for my grady. Haven't put it on yet. This one is the Jumbo size for big sidescan transducers. Its an inch thick. Not Starboard(hdpe), its lighter weight.
I like the thickness. Can use deep screws. The adhesive is 3M VHB tape. Its the stuff they use to attach windows in glass high-rise buildings. Looks like a good product but of course, only time will tell.

If they use 3 m VHB
tape for high rise buildings than I think it would hold up
