The boat in the pictures is my V21. They (Wellcraft) put a "bubble" on the stern of the boat to hang the engine from. It's not a bracket, it's actually a factory made part of the transom. That's how they get to call the boat a V21 instead of a V20. Kind of like modern day boats with "Mediterranean" swim platforms molded in. The makers add 2 feet of swim platform molded in and get to call a 19 foot boat a 21 footer.

Neat little bubble, yeah I know the dash speedos can be innacurrate. A guy I work with has a 20ft trophy with a 150 honda, he came out with us on the first run and it was very easy to accelerate past him at full throttle. He shot that first photo
