I don't know a thing about it, but ONE thing I do know...... ANY time a group wants to "manage" an area "for the good of all the public" there is a hidden agenda somewhere that will make someone a lot of money at the expense of the rest of the people.

Or.......maybe that little section just inside the hook has been found to be a nesting ground for several species of fish........and that we'll ultimately benefit from it by virtue of more fish later.
