NHI - nice boat! Looks alot like mine with the 20" transom. One question on your transom - from the rear view I noticed a faint line that outlines the shape of the transom (esp on the right side).

My transom was replaced before I bought it and I know that it was done from the "outside" which means they cut the back off the transom to get at the rotted wood. Do you know if that faint line is due to a replacement of your transom? The only reason I ask is because on mine it was cut in exactly the same place as the faint line on yours - also, the aluminum edging atop the transom appears to be missing, probably due to replacement of the transom - like mine. Sorry, but just curious about that faint line and had to ask. Nice pics and I'm glad ya'll like the V20. I hope to enjoy mine for a long, long time. Thanks, Blue

Hey Blue: * * I am assuming transom at one time was repaired/replaced.

There are small cracks that are starting to be visible that I am keeping a close eye on. Went fishing Sunday without a lick of trouble. Taking the whole rig into the trailer place tomorrow to get the right size trailer. The V20 is an awesome all around boat!!!!!! Bill |

The V20 spent most of its life on a boat lift. At least the last 10 years. When the rain lets up a little, I have to take the rig to get the right size trailer. |
