There wasn't a lot of room at the marina to take pictures, but here's a couple:

CT,
Looks good ! Hey - what are those stainless plates (roughly 2-3" sq) screwed into the floor in the back of the boat .... near your transom ? I have those in my '88 and I just figured they were put in by the owner and not a stock Wellcraft thing. I have no clue why they are there. Looking forward to your sea trial reports. I have just acquired my "re-power" (150 hp Evinrude Ficht, year 2001 w/ 30 hrs) and am very close to placing my order with Armstrong for a bracket. Cant wait to hear some performance reports from ya. Happy boating

Thanks guys.
Brian, fillet is spot on, they are mounts for a bench seat that goes across the transom. I still have it and it's in good shape, but I just use folding canvas chairs for extra seating when I need it. RAP, we have no room up here on the water! Probably the same number of boats as down there but no room for them. They've got trailers and boats on the roof at that marina! The four screws on the starboard side of the transom are where the pump is mounted for the washdown. They're putting the outlet on the starboard side just aft of the rod box.

Brought the boat "home" yesterday in the gale warnings. Break in period is 10-hrs during which I can't exceed 4500 rpm and can't run at continuous rpm for more than 10-minutes. Even in a nasty chop, the boat exceeds (by feel, didn't have my GPS) previous top speed at just 3000 rpm. Highest I brought it to was 4000 and it felt great ;D! This is going to be a wonderful season. No throttle advance or even priming necessary to start the motor. Just turn the key and go! I took more pictures and will post them soon. One thing I did note is that the wheel pulls hard to starboard at higher rpm.
