Yes it is an outboard:
175 hph Johnson motor rebuilt in Feb 1999 - Good compression

If yours is better, you could sell yours and probably recop half the price of this one. It also comes with a trailer:

You could sell one of the two you have and recoup a little more cost.

Also check out this one. It is an older hull, but from the pics (who really knows) it looks ok. It is has been on ebay a few times, but might be worth checking out. Outboard and trailer as well:
