I have been making my v20 covers for many years using the extra heavy white tarps sold on ebay and snaps sold at wally mart I fold a cheap rope into the edge seam and make the cover from a pattern I use scrap cuts to double up over contact points. it takes me about 4 hours to construct a new cover and they last for 3 years setting out all year on boat lift. cost about $100

Wow! I would order one from you and give you $50 profit, if we could be sure that the snap studs on my boat were the same as your boat. But I suspect mine are placed rather randomly. Is there a good way to communicate the placement of my snap studs? I could photograph them...

I am not really looking for the stress of going into business of producing these but I encourage you to tackle it your self the learning curve is pretty quick
