			Yes.  It won't be a fast mover, but it will get the boat up on plane.  I think I recall someone here having a V with a 115 engine a while back and if I recall they said that they could do 23-25 mph easy.

			I cruise craigslist almost daily from Charleston SC to Jacksonville FL.  Love finding deals on cool older or interesting hulls.  Missed out on an old 60's model 21' Moesley Seacraft for free a while back.  Kind of looking for a 19' Carolina Skiff for cheap, but have a friend with an older Wellcraft V18 I could probably talk him down on being it's really a project. Then I'd have two wellcrafts.
