My biggest was 22lbs 11oz. State record for the year 2000 (I think it was).
That said, I haven't caught a single bluefish at all this year. Very strange.

I haven't caught one either.
But sadly, only went out on the boat once this season. Maybe this sunday... rkc

I have not caught one either, but I have only been in salt 2 times and that was so close to shore I could spit and hit land.

my biggest was also 22 plus. we were shark fishing and the dam thing took a mackerel bait and gave me a good fight on a 50 standup rig.
there are 18 plus pounders coming out of the surf. big year for monster bluefish.

Wow - those are HUGE blues you guys have caught.
The Belmar party boats have been fishing them - north of the Shrews Rocks. You can see the fleet. Some head in other directions too. Some days a slaughter on jigs & bait, other times not. Tip..........might try trolling stretch 25's around the fleets............shsshshshs.......
