agree. we don't get them up here like that but we sure do eat them sh!ts when we do. we also like onion rings, slaw and beans.

It doesn't mean as much to anyone that have had Nantucket scallops. Not sure why, but they are the tastiest scallops!

i know you guys don't get to harvest them fresh. that's north florida bay scallops. get them from st joe bay east to crystal river. super sweet.
rkc, frying is the preferred method, but sauteing in butter & white wine is my favorite. these are not like the larger ones ya'll get up north, these are about the size of the tip of your index finger.
lotta work, but a lotta fun also.
