You can also check out Acme Plastics on Browertown Rd. in Little Falls. I don't know if they sell starboard or the like, but I've used them several times for Lexan, Plexi and the like and their prices are pretty good.

picking up from Emco tomorrow $245 for a sheet of 1/2"x54x96. $20 to make 5 cuts.

Good deal!! But unless you need it smaller to carry I would leave it a whole sheet, it cuts perfect with any saw you have, skill, jig, table, ect.. ect.. and it routers great also!! This way you can maximize your options.

picked it up today on my lunch break. had 5 cuts done that I would have had to make anyways. Way easier than trying to manhandle a 54"x96" sheet on my cheapass table saw. They had a remnant 40x48 of 3/16 white plexiglass for $50 so I snagged that too. I will post what I do with it all

I bought full sheets when I got my stock, wasn't to bad if with someone helping you cut it, but by yourself I am sure it was easier to get it cut.

I made lots of cuts!!
