Cheap source for Starboard?

Does anyone know of a cheap source in NJ for a full sheet 54 x96 Starboard lumber?

Closest place I've found online is TPI in Fairless Hills PA (60 miles from me)
Full sheet if .500 inch is $302

ePlastics in San Diego seems good, they will make cuts cheap too, but shipping is $$$$. sheet is $246, shipping is $181

expensive cause I want to have some long pieces over 48"

Its all got up there in price now!! But back in 05 I was getting it dam cheap!!
Try looking up Seaboard, its the same stuff and a bunch of different colors!! Its used in Commercial settings, IE bathrooms, restaurant kitchens, ect ect thats what I used and its UV still was like 1/2 the cost of Starboard, but the same thing! I use to have a link to a place in Boston but lost it? CB will remember the name, and I know they use to ship, but have no idea the cost?

You can get half sheets of seaboard on ebay shipped pretty reasonably

We deal with emco plastics in cedar grove. I'll call our sales guy and see what a sheet will be

Thanks for the tip. I work a couple days a week nearby in W. Caldwell. I'll check them out.

You can also check out Acme Plastics on Browertown Rd. in Little Falls. I don't know if they sell starboard or the like, but I've used them several times for Lexan, Plexi and the like and their prices are pretty good.

picking up from Emco tomorrow $245 for a sheet of 1/2"x54x96. $20 to make 5 cuts.

Cool deal....you get better service than me...the guy that handles our company account still hasnt mailed me back a price.

Good deal!! But unless you need it smaller to carry I would leave it a whole sheet, it cuts perfect with any saw you have, skill, jig, table, ect.. ect.. and it routers great also!! This way you can maximize your options.

picked it up today on my lunch break. had 5 cuts done that I would have had to make anyways. Way easier than trying to manhandle a 54"x96" sheet on my cheapass table saw. They had a remnant 40x48 of 3/16 white plexiglass for $50 so I snagged that too. I will post what I do with it all :sly:
