Neither, I was the one LEADING the horse. (although I'm thinking that it's more like a donkey than a horse)

Actually, you're sort of correct. In my second post on this subject I said

Joe is our normal American hero worker/father

Jose is our normal Spanish illegal worker/father

The implication was that American Joe was a good guy and Spanish Jose wasn't.
