I am very happy and impressed with the etec. I have put about 80 hrs on it. It runs about 44.5 mph WOT. The great thing is it gets 4 mpg from 25 mph to 37mph. I have made a few 100 mile fishing trip and I average 5 mpg. I have access to many 4 strokes and have run all of them. They just don' have the same response and smooth operation as the 2 strokes.

She looks great Wolf. I love my ETEC, probably don't have 30 hours on it yet.

Well if it helps, all the guides here hate em
![]() They've been changed on 4 boats that I know of alone. Best of luck with it though..... If anything just make sure you have someone in your area that can do warranty work on em........and learn his name, hehe. They need a specific computer for diagnostics, etc.........
