There are not many dual walk thru consoles in our area, plus I already have one center console and three other cuddys in the pasture. Its just a thought and it would give me more seating area for the family.

Have you thought about just building seats all over the CC?

I don't want to make permanent seat but I have looked at the Todd folding chairs. I thought it would be neat to have a bow rider for cruising around. I am going to ask my neighbor who builds boats on how difficult and what the cost would be.

theres a thread under "boats for sale" on this forum about a v20 on ebay that was converted from a cuddy to a walk thru.

Thanks for the info reelapeeling I did not think about the consequences of removing the top cap. I will talk to my neighbor and see what he thinks. Thanks for all of the info.
