The hatch appears to be glassed in place from the factory and since it isn't soft or anything I don't want to disturb it if I can help it. As discussed on the other thread, that floor is solid..no seams. They just glued the wood to the underside of the deck. No sealant, nothing. I guess they figured that if you were going to cut the floor to reach the tank then you could just cut the wood at the same time.

I did some more pumping, found just a little more debris in the tank after pouring in another 1/2 gallon, positioning the boat and pumping it out. I got everything put back together, put in 10 gallons, stabil and a can of seafoam for a lake test. I ran around at for a while at various RPM including WOT for a minute or so. All systems GO! So, I headed to Murrells Inlet SC for the weekend with the family for Father's day. Took the wife and kids fishing and island hopping and spent time with my parents. ALL GOOD!
