![]() Hope you get to take that beautiful 21 out and spin that etec up for a while for your birthday present!!... ![]() BTW...what kinda top speed are ya gettin' from that 175...I for one believe the high HP, small block etecs are the perfect power for these boats of ours...

Wow - a 175hp Etec - possibly the best all around outboard for this boat !
I'm guessing top end, flat water, engine trimmed up just before the point of porpoising, with 1/2 tank of fuel, one person aboard, bimini down............. Should see.......... 45-47 mph The biggest difference is likely fuel burn.........at 3,500 - 4,000 rpm it may be using as little as 7 gallons per hour. Great looking boat ! |
