Hang in there. Your don't sound like a cry baby, just bored. You have been through a lot, give yourself a break it will take some time for you to heal. Besides, there were plenty of cry babies here before you joined.
Try this.
- Climb up in the V
- sit at the drivers seat
- make sure noone else is around
- close your eyes
- and make motor boat sounds.
It always works for me. (BTW my imaginary motor boat has a honking supercharged small block chevy.)

hang in there, sometimes we need to appreciate what we do have and make the best of it. I expect things will get better for you, take it easy on your recovery.
