I'd hold out for the nuclear powered version. Price of heavy fuel just went up. Scrap steel is $7/hundred. Must be 15,000 tons of steel in that old girl.

damn at that price it almost might be worth scrapping.....we do demolition jobs every now and again....copper is a no brainer and lately stainless has become pretty profitable....always let the scrap guys take the carbon steel for the cost of hauling the dumpster...at $12 a hundred its almost worth taking it in.
